After you complete all the services we will distribute the 3-day juice cleanse. Juices should be used as a meal replacement for 3 days.

The day after you have completed the 3 day cleanse, head back to the spa for the following:

Day 4

(after 3 day of juices are completed)

3. 30 minute massage

Helpful tips:

• Drink plenty of water.
• It is recommended to use the Spa’s infrared sauna on Day 2 and 3 as well
